- Louisiana OMV Vehicle Application (1799)
- Title or Certificate of Origin
- Bill of Sale/Buyers Order/Purchase Agreement/Dealer Invoice
- Odometer Disclosure Statement
- UCC/Lien Document
- Copy of the Buyer’s Driver’s License
- Payment for the tax, title, license, and UCC filing (if applicable)
- Proof of Insurance
